Senior Program Manager — Clinical Training
Carrie has worked for Southern Utah AHEC since August of 1999 and has committed herself to the mission of increasing access to healthcare in rural areas. In her early years with the center, she started and developed the center’s junior-high and high-school youth programs, including starting their annual summer health career camp. Carrie was instrumental in expanding the Rural Health Scholars program to Snow College-Ephraim Campus and currently is an adjunct faculty at Snow College and teaches the rural health scholar classes. Carrie is currently the Senior Program Manager over clinical education and oversees clinical training opportunities in rural Utah for current health profession students. She also connects healthcare providers looking to work in rural Utah with communities and facilities.
