Eligibility: Anyone involved in health/healthcare
(Includes students, professionals, para health professionals and others)

Theme: Gratitude

Art of any form including but not limited to the following can be submitted.
Painting
Drawing
Poem
Craft work

We will award the winner at 2024 Utah AHEC Primary Care Summit

Guidelines
Only one submission will be accepted from each candidate
Art work must relate to the theme “Gratitude”
Late submissions will not be accepted
Submitted work will be utilized by Utah AHEC on different media platforms
Winner maybe asked to discuss their art work at 9th Annual Utah Primary Care Summit
