Funding Your Community-Based Training Experience:
Utah AHEC would like to connect students who are planning to rotate in Utah’s rural communities with funding for housing and travel expenses. Please visit the Utah Rural Health Association website to access the funding application. Funding for mileage or housing subsidies comes from a number of partners and contracts, including the Utah Medical Education Counsel (UMEC), the Symond Family Scholarship Fund, the Dumke Family Scholarship Fund, the University of Utah Alumni Association, and the University of Utah School of Medicine (UUSOM).
